What to Include in Your Request

A few practical details can make the request easier to understand:

  • What you noticed, such as a sound, damp area, staining, or an unexpected change in water use
  • When you first noticed it and whether it appears to be changing
  • The general area of the property where the sign appears
  • Any meter reading or water-use change you have already observed

You do not need to open walls, move secured equipment, or identify the cause before submitting.
